The Higher Council for Development – HCD is an international organization whose idea originated in the year 1990, and was founded by an elite group of development experts from around the world.
HCD is a licensed organization and duly registered in the Kingdom of Sweden, and it works to spread and achieve sustainable development in various sectors in all countries of the world.
The goals of HCD are based on the fact that the world is a unified human society and everyone has the right to live a decent life in light of comprehensive and sustainable development.
